The Space

Enter through a traditional green wooden door — a hallmark of Vernazza's architecture — into a short corridor that opens onto the studio. The interior features a comfortable sleeping area and a bright living and dining space with armchairs and a dining table, lit by large windows overlooking a characteristic Ligurian caruggio (narrow alley) leading to the main square.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, refrigerator and microwave — ideal for breakfast or light meals.

Arriving by Car

We strongly recommend travelling by train. Guests arriving by car may use the public car park above Vernazza, approximately 1,200 m from the pedestrian area. A shuttle service runs to the village entrance, from where it is a short 5-minute walk to the concierge office. Advance booking is strongly recommended. Approximate cost: €20/day. Parking details are provided after booking confirmation.

Check-in

Check-in Hours and Late Arrivals Standard check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM, with in-person assistance from the Cinque Terre Riviera team. From 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, self check-in is available, with all instructions provided in advance by email. Should a guest request phone assistance during this time slot — having already received and confirmed they have read the detailed instructions — a supplement of €50.00 may be applied. After 10:00 PM, neither assisted check-in nor self check-in is possible. Late arrivals are strongly discouraged: train services are scarce in the evening, road access in the Cinque Terre area is difficult, and the car park above Vernazza may be closed.

Pets

Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome, with a supplement of €70 per stay. Please select the pet option when booking.

House rules for pets: dogs must be kept on a lead in all common areas, including staircases; access to beds and sofas is not permitted; owners are responsible for their pet's behaviour and for ensuring other guests are not disturbed.
