Villa Tanca with its large terraces overlooking the sea, air-conditioned rooms and private covered parking is a gem in the Cinque Terre. It offers not only a breathtaking view and an enchanting atmosphere, but also an authentic experience linked to the history and passion of its creator, Franco Tanca. Located in the heart of the picturesque village of Monterosso, the villa offers a combination of modern comforts and historic charm.

Access to the villa is pedestrian only via a short climb on foot which starts either from the beginning of the pedestrian tunnel (station side) or from the Scalinata dei Cappuccini, in front of the Hotel Pasquale (the villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems).

The Villa unfolds on two levels:

1. first floor living area with large lounge with sofas and 55" smart TV, access to external breakfast area with panoramic view, dining area with large wooden table, 1 small bathroom, large equipped kitchen, access to external table with BBQ / Masonry oven.

2. second floor accessible via a large and elegant internal staircase leading to 3 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with separate beds, 1 triple bedroom with 3 separate beds, 3 bathrooms with tub and shower, access to the large terrace equipped with sun deck and tent. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Villa Tanca, with its 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, large sun terraces and privileged location on the beach and main square, is the ideal place for an unforgettable stay. One of the few properties in Monterosso with Private Covered Parking (for a fee) in the Loreto area, just 7 minutes walk from the villa.

The history of the villa and its founder adds a special touch to the overall experience. Franco Tanca, a true son of Monterosso, realized his dream in 1969, building the villa right on the main square and beach. The choice to position her bedroom so that it directly overlooked the sea shows Tanca's deep emotional connection to her place of birth and her desire to live in harmony with the surrounding landscape.

The villa also reflects the owners' love and attention to its preservation and history, with details such as old photos of Monterosso adorning the walls and the memories they share with their guests.

Good to know: the owner of this property does not allow us to accept automatic check-ins except in extremely exceptional cases.

Regulations: parties or dinners necessitate prior authorization, but guests are encouraged to relish the serene ambiance of the garden. Late check-ins after 6.30 pm incur additional charges. Guests are expected not to hang towels or clothing on the front and side facades.

Please note: small dogs accepted at extra charge 70.00 euros House Rules have to be respected

Other things to keep in mind: small dogs are welcome in this property with extra cost and acceptance of rules (as per the extra supplement item) - dogs are to be kept at leash in the building common areas (stairs and garden)

Celebrations are not allowed for Christmas and New Year holidays (as, anyway, in any other period). During the holidays only families are accepted. Groups of young people not accepted. A deposit of 1500.00 euros is required by credit card to cover any damage, refundable after inspection of the property by our staff.
