Bathroom: Room 2 (Tino) features a private bathroom located adjacent to the bedroom door, exclusively for the use of guests staying in the Tino room.

- Train Station: 850 meters (approximately 14 minutes on foot).
- Bus Stop: Just a short 6-minute walk from the building entrance.
