Air conditioning. The entire apartment has gone under deep restoration in Spring 2022. AC in front bedrooms and kitchen ( the entire area exposed to the sun).

Good to know: Being centrally located in strategical position next to train station and beaches, you might hear train and crowd sounds during the high season when windows are open, but mostly all noises will be covered by the waves breaking over the pebble shore, so actually relaxing and amazing!

2. assistance at the reception office in Vernazza open from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 18:00 from mid-March to early November.

Since the structures are located in the National Park area, intervention times are often longer and understanding is required for these difficulties. Cinque Terre Riviera will not be held responsible for problems not due to its negligence and will not grant refunds for such inconveniences. Turning on the heating is prohibited by law from Apr 1st to Nov 08th.

Celebrations are not allowed for Christmas and New Year holidays (as, anyway, in any other period). During the holidays only families are accepted. Groups of young people not accepted. A deposit of 1500.00 euros is required by credit card to cover any damage, refundable after inspection of the property by our staff.
