This charming first-floor unit offers a unique blend of medieval architecture and modern comforts, making it an ideal retreat for singles and couples.

Entrance: access from the vibrant "carugio," the village's typical narrow back road brimming with artisan stores and restaurants. The main door opens into a corridor, setting the stage for the apartment's cozy and thoughtfully designed spaces.

Sleeping Area

Double Bedroom:

1. Located to the right of the corridor.


2. Though compact due to the medieval architecture and thick stone walls, this room exudes romance and charm.


3. Windows overlook Via Cappellini, the lively backroad, ensuring a glimpse into the village's bustling life.


4. Fan provided, but the AC in the day area is sufficient to cool down even this room.

Bathroom: positioned to the left from the corridor. Equipped with a shower, offering a convenient and comfortable space for guests. Next to the bathroom, a useful closet hides the washing machine and the rack for drying clothes.

Living Area

Kitchen Corner

1. Separated by an elegant wooden dowel wall.


2. Efficiently designed to resemble a sailboat cabin, offering all necessary amenities in a compact space.

Dining/Sitting Area:

1. Opens up to breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, Palmaria Island, the Poets' Gulf, and the sea promenade.


2. The largest space in the apartment, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning scenery.


3. Ideal for photography enthusiasts, providing endless opportunities to capture the beauty of the surroundings.


4. AC machine in this room, sufficient to cool down the entire property. It also works as heater.

2. Owner Annetta has meticulously curated the decor, reflecting her love for the place and her request for guests to respect and maintain the property's integrity.


3. Please, note that the area around the bed is limited like in a vessel cabin!

Access: Located in a pedestrian area, the property is not directly accessible to private cars, taxis or buses. Vehicles can stop 300 meters away to unload baggage. After unloading the bags, the driver has to drive immediately away to park own car using the paid public car parks along the promenade or the one at the top of the town, served by the Girobus shuttle in summer.

It is also possible to contact the Private Garage of the Grand Hotel Portovenere for any paid covered space (request always made by the customer)

From the town's Piazza, a short walk is required to reach the apartment. Guests are advised to bring light luggage for convenience.
