From 4 December 2024, a new Italian regulation requires in-person identity verification at check-in. Guests must communicate their arrival time (between 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.) in advance. Delays beyond 6:30 p.m. may incur extra charges, and check-ins after 10:00 p.m. will not be accepted.

Please be patient in case of technical or service issues, considering the remote location within the Cinque Terre National Park, where response times may be longer. Additionally, heating is prohibited by law from 1 April to 8 November.
