Lassù Apartment with terrace, unique and distinguished apartment with terrace in unique location! It represents the ideal solution for spending a memorable holiday in Vernazza. A great terrace right on the most famous square of the Riviera! Lassù Apartment with terrace is a second floor apartment overlooking the famous Vernazza main square, Piazza Marconi. It has access from the back road, Via Guidoni, really close to the beach and pier. A steep staircase takes us up and we land in paradise. A large living room opening on a roof terrace welcomes us and takes us over the main square. Under our eyes we have boats and roofs, the beach and the villagers. We see tourists mingling with the colourful umbrellas of the restaurants, the church over the waters and the vineyards in front of us. It's a vibrant scene of hues and and shades and exactly what we dream when we think about Vernazza and the Cinque Terre. The living room has a dining table, a couch that can be used as single bed and a double sofa bed (queen size). One door opening on it leads to a double room with view on Piazza Marconi and the beach. A second door takes a double room with bathroom (bathtub and shower). The bathtub / shower looks like a boat. Air conditioning equipment is in the sitting room but it is sufficient to lower the temperature all over the apartment. It works as heating, too. Next to the terrace we have a nice small kitchen fully equipped (with dishwasher). A staircase leads to a second bathroom with shower and washing machine. Being on top of the building, the apartment is considerably quiet at night, even though it lies on the main square. It is close to everything and offers a great village experience. Restaurants and beaches are at hand and hiking trails depart from the main square below. Boat Pier right below property, as well. The apartment is bright and charming, recently redecorated, respectful of local traditions, but the best part remains the terrace with tables and chairs that will gift any guest lovely hours in one of the best Cinque Terre locations. Most of the places guests can rent in Vernazza will let them feel the "village life” beat: voices, but, it’s not like hearing city noises. Vernazza is a holiday place where people linger in the square, go to restaurants and have lovely chats, sometimes till midnight or a bit later, but nothing compared to the annoying clamours of a city. Lassù apartment is quite high, the top floor of the building, so noises will reach it softened. Location and views always pay all the eventual noise “troubles” and guests are always happy with this rental.
