Apartment I Limoni is located within the historic Villa Montale, an elegant 19th-century residence situated on a panoramic hill in Fegina, Monterosso al Mare. This villa was the home of poet Eugenio Montale, Nobel Prize for Literature 1975. The interiors decorated with original frescoes, Genoese mosaic floors and refined furnishings evoke the noble style of the 19th century.

The apartment has 5 bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms (some with sea views, others overlooking the garden) and 1 room with 2 single beds plus a single sofa-bed ottoman. Three modern bathrooms with shower. Fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, washing machine). Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. Private garden. Paid parking.

Capacity: max 11 guests.

Special rules: large celebrations for Christmas, New Year or at any other time are not permitted. During the Christmas period, only families are accepted — groups of young people are not admitted. Security deposit: €1,500.00 by credit card (refundable after inspection). Small dogs only.

Exclusive services: Chef-at-Home, pasta and pesto classes, private transfers, boat trips and private tours available on request.

Check-in is managed directly by the Cinque Terre Riviera team and is EXCLUSIVELY ASSISTED — self check-in is not available. The team will personally welcome guests at the agreed time. Standard hours: 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Late check-in available with supplement: 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM supplement €50.00 · 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM supplement €80.00. No check-in possible after 10:00 PM. To ensure a smooth arrival, it is essential to provide your email address in advance and communicate your arrival time with adequate notice. You will receive the online check-in link (secure passport data transmission) and the security deposit link.

Heating: switched off from 1 April to 1 November (Italian regulations). Sustainability: Please switch off air conditioning, lights and appliances when leaving or opening doors and windows. We are in a National Park — every small action matters.
