Villa Tanca is a prestigious villa built in 1969 by Franco Tanca, in the heart of Monterosso al Mare, steps from the beach and main square. The villa offers spacious sea-view terraces, air-conditioned bedrooms and a unique outdoor area with a stone oven and barbecue. Access is exclusively on foot via the Scalinata dei Cappuccini (in front of Hotel Pasquale) or from the start of the pedestrian tunnel on the station side — the path is manageable and not particularly demanding. Garage with 2 paid parking spaces available 700 m from the villa.

The villa spans two floors. Ground floor (living area): spacious living room with 55" Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine), dining room with large wooden table, breakfast table with panoramic views, outdoor dining area with stone oven and barbecue. First floor (sleeping area): 5 air-conditioned bedrooms — 3 double, 1 twin, 1 triple with 3 single beds — 3 elegant bathrooms with shower and bathtub, large equipped solarium terrace.

Capacity: max 12 guests.

Special rules: no celebrations for Christmas, New Year or other periods without prior written owner authorisation. During Christmas only families — groups of young people not admitted. Security deposit €1,500.00 by credit card (refundable after inspection). Note: not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Exclusive services: Chef-at-Home and Ligurian pasta and pesto classes available on request.

Check-in is managed directly by the Cinque Terre Riviera team and is EXCLUSIVELY ASSISTED — self check-in is not available. The team will personally welcome guests at the agreed time. Standard hours: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late check-in available with supplement: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM supplement €50.00 · 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM supplement €80.00. No check-in possible after 10:00 PM. To ensure a smooth arrival, it is essential to provide your email address in advance and communicate your arrival time with adequate notice. You will receive the online check-in link (secure passport data transmission) and the security deposit link.

Heating: switched off from 1 April to 1 November (Italian regulations). Sustainability: Please switch off air conditioning, lights and appliances when leaving or opening doors and windows. We are in a National Park — every small action matters.
