The location is ideal: attractions, restaurants, fish market and train station are all within easy reach. From La Spezia all Cinque Terre villages are reachable by train in 5–15 minutes.

Parking: on-street parking (blue lines) in nearby streets, payment by meter or EasyPark app. Alternatively, La Spezia Central Station car park within walking distance (covered).

Check-in is managed by Cinque Terre Riviera, a local tour operator based in Vernazza (Via Roma 24). The apartment has a key box for self check-in, with standard hours from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. For a smooth arrival, please share your email address and arrival time in advance.

Heating: switched off from 1 April to 8 November (Italian regulations). Sustainability: please switch off air conditioning, lights and appliances when leaving or opening doors and windows.

Cinque Terre Riviera, a local tour operator since 1991, offers: welcome breakfast, local extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar and compatible Nespresso capsules, professional cleaning, eco-friendly practices and concierge assistance in Vernazza. Pets are not accepted. La Spezia is the gateway to the Cinque Terre, all reachable by train in 5–15 minutes.
