Isabella Boutique Rooms – Maestrale Studio is a refined studio apartment in the heart of Levanto, just a short walk from the train station and within easy reach of the beaches.

The property accepts teenagers from the age of 14.

Recently renovated and located on the second floor with lift access, the studio can accommodate up to four guests. The interiors are bright and thoughtfully designed, featuring a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchenette allows guests to enjoy independent living, while air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a Nespresso coffee machine provide all the essentials for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The modern private bathroom with shower completes the space with a clean and elegant touch.

This property is also ideal for larger families or groups of friends. On the same floor guests will find two additional Isabella Boutique Rooms: Scirocco, featuring a Jacuzzi bath, and Libeccio, with a private terrace. Renting them together allows everyone to stay close while maintaining privacy.

One of the greatest advantages is the location. The train station is only two minutes away on foot, offering quick connections to the Cinque Terre, while the beach can be reached in approximately ten minutes. A perfect balance between convenience and tranquillity. Those reaching Levanto by car will find several car parking areas around the property.

Guests benefit from Cinque Terre Riviera’s signature hospitality, including a complimentary welcome breakfast for the first day, selected essentials such as local extra virgin olive oil, salt and sugar, Nespresso capsules and professional cleaning. The property is also committed to sustainable hospitality practices. During the season, a dedicated concierge office in Vernazza is available from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, from mid-March to early November.

Check-in must comply with Italian identification regulations, including in the case of self check-in, and arrival time must be communicated in advance. Standard check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Later arrivals may incur an additional fee, and check-in after 10:00 pm is not accepted.
