That is why the owner has chosen to keep it without TV and without Internet: a unique opportunity for freedom in front of the blue of the Mediterranean Sea, which opens before your eyes with emotions every day new and unique.

The accommodation features a bright double room tastefully furnished, complete with wardrobe and bedside tables, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower. At the entrance you will find a practical space with small table, chairs and refrigerator with small freezer — ideal for everyday small needs without compromising on comfort.

The true gem of the property is the wonderful private garden overlooking the sea, an exclusive corner where you can relax surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean scrubland. Equipped with table, chairs and umbrellas, it is the perfect place for an outdoor breakfast, an aperitif at sunset or simply to enjoy the view of the Cinque Terre in total privacy.

Lissa Sea View Room is located in the historic centre of Riomaggiore, in a quiet area away from noise, but a few minutes' walk from everything: train station, beach and marina, ferry embarkation point to visit the other villages of the Cinque Terre, diving centre with rental of boats, canoes and SUPs, restaurants, wine bars, cafés and typical shops. From the station it is easily reached in about 3 minutes thanks to the convenient public lift and a short walk.

An honest piece of advice. The property is designed for two adult guests seeking a romantic and authentic Cinque Terre experience. We cannot accommodate babies or children, and we do not allow pets. Furthermore, given the layout of the historic centre of Riomaggiore, dedicated parking is not available: we recommend leaving the car in the village's affiliated car parks (details will be provided with the check-in instructions).
