Important Check-In Information

Starting from December 4, 2024, Italian law requires the verification of guests’ identity before check-in. Guests must communicate their arrival time in advance and provide the required identity details in our online check-in form.

Check-in is carried out in person and the arrival time must be communicated in advance (15:00–18:30).

Arrivals after 18:30 may incur an additional cost; check-in after 22:00 is not accepted.

Heating

Heating is regulated by Italian law and is prohibited from April 1 to November 8.

We kindly ask for your patience for any technical or service issues, considering the remote location of the Cinque Terre National Park, where response times may sometimes be longer.
