Located in the heart of Corniglia, within the UNESCO World Heritage Cinque Terre National Park, Villa Olive Mill Terra Rossa is a unique rustic retreat housed in a historic olive mill. More than just a place to stay, it offers an authentic experience where nature, tradition and breathtaking sea views come together.

Panoramic setting From its terraces, guests can admire spectacular views of the Ligurian Sea, where turquoise waters meet dramatic cliffs. The scenery changes throughout the day, creating an unforgettable backdrop from sunrise to sunset.

The house Spread across three levels, the property accommodates up to 6 guests, plus 2 additional children on request (bunk bed). It is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking space and authenticity. Upper floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large private terrace, two comfortable double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Middle floor: elegant living room with double sofa bed and a large bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, wellness area. Lower floor: small bedroom with bunk beds (for children only) and a practical laundry room. Garden and patio: large terraced garden with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and electric pizza oven.

Access notes Access to the property requires climbing numerous steep steps. The house is not recommended for very young children or guests with mobility difficulties. Light packing is advised; a luggage transfer service is available on request.

Pets Only dogs are allowed, subject to a supplement and strict adherence to the house rules. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the garden and on the stairs, must not disturb neighbours, and are not allowed on beds, sofas or armchairs. No other animals are accepted.

Included services Complimentary welcome breakfast on the first day. Quality products: local extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar and coffee. Professional cleaning. Commitment to sustainability. Concierge office in Vernazza, open from 9:30 to 18:30 (mid-March to early November).

Important information In-person check-in; arrival time must be communicated in advance (15:00–18:30). Arrivals after 18:30 may incur an additional charge; check-in after 22:00 is not accepted. Response times for technical assistance may occasionally be longer due to the property's location within the National Park. Heating is not permitted by law from 1 April to 8 November.

House rules Large celebrations are not permitted, including Christmas, New Year's Eve and other festive periods. During holidays, only families are accepted, not groups of young people. Events are possible on request only and, if approved, require a security deposit of €1,500, refundable after inspection.
